Our technology
We take great pride in keeping our equipment and services up to date. In the media industry, technology is constantly updated. We provide on-demand, unlimited digital downloads on all imaging and production services. Our studios are completely digital and our unique processing system is now a generic standard across all of our studios.
Customer Support
We know that support is essential and we also know that typical 9 to 5 support isn't good enough. We try to reply to all emails within two hours, seven days a week.
We're very fortunate to have an advanced IP telephone system which enables us to make cost effective calls over-seas. This helps us to keep our support efficient and cost effective.
